If the service is affected due to the customer providing incorrect information, incomplete information, or failure to provide necessary information in a timely manner, the relevant fees will not be refunded.

For delays, adjustments, or other transportation-related situations caused by third-party transportation service providers, we will actively assist customers in communication and coordination, but will not be liable for refunds beyond the scope of our services.
